Verso la Giornata Nazionale del divertimento in sicurezza
Un percorso lungo che inizia poco dopo la tragica notte tra il 7 e l’8 dicembre 2018 alla Lanterna Azzurra, che provocò una ferita che non guarirà mai del tutto.
L’Associazione Cogeu nasce dal bisogno di ricordare e sperare in un presente e un futuro più sicuro per i luoghi di divertimento.
I nostri obiettivi sono ambiziosi e il più significativo é il disegno di legge depositato al Senato che istituisce la Giornata Nazionale del Divertimento in Sicurezza.
Un iter portato avanti con tanta fatica e lavoro da parte dell’Associazione Cogeu, iniziato con l’istituzione della Giornata Regionale del Divertimento in Sicurezza nella regione Marche, voluta dal Presidente Francesco Acquaroli e proseguito in Senato grazie alla preziosa collaborazione dei senatori Marco Croatti e Guido Castelli.
Il 23 gennaio 2023 l’Associazione Cogeu ha presentato in conferenza stampa in Senato il disegno di legge per istituire la Giornata Nazionale del Divertimento in Sicurezza, con la partecipazione del senatore Alberto Balboni, presidente della Commissione affari costituzionali al Senato.
Il 12 luglio 2023 il Senato della Repubblica ha approvato la proposta di legge dell’Associazione Cogeu, così da permettere il passaggio alla Camera dei Deputati dove, grazie alla sensibilità e all’impegno dell’Onorevole Antonio Baldelli è stato incardinato nella Commissione Affari Costituzionali della Camera dei Deputati.
Due momenti importanti che concretizzano l’impegno quotidiano dell’Associazione Cogeu e la determinazione di ogni singolo membro, affinché una tragedia simile non accada mai più.

Il 2021 è stato per il Co.Ge.U un anno di intense attività che ci hanno portato a raggiungere obiettivi come le importanti collaborazioni con le Università, con SILB e il gruppo OneDay. Nuovi tasselli, nuove consapevolezze, ancora nuovi obiettivi e richieste da parte dei ragazzi dell’Associazione, che si sono affermati come i veri Protagonisti dell’Associazione.

“Nascita di un manifesto”
Un docufilm con il quale mettere in evidenza sia il lavoro fatto durante il 2020, che in particolar modo il protagonismo, l’impegno ed il coraggio dei ragazzi dell’associazione. Questi minori hanno vissuto in prima persona, sia la tragedia che tutta l’evoluzione che ne è scaturita in seguito. Hanno la loro opinione sull’intera vicenda e si sono spesi in prima persona per far sì che quanto avvenuto non riaccada e che al tempo stesso venga garantito il loro diritti al divertimento.
CODICE ETICO DELL’INTRATTENIMENTO

In collaborazione con il Garante regionale dei diritti, Andrea Nobili, e con Confcommercio, è stato redatto un “Codice” relativo alla conformità degli spazi, salubrità dell’ambiente, sicurezza, programmazione consapevole, collaborazione con le forze dell’ordine, impiego di personale qualificato, contrasto nell’utilizzo di droghe e alcool e tutela assicurativa.
Il “Codice Etico” è stato presentato al Ministro dell’Interno Lamorgese il 20 Febbraio 2020.
